We all want to lose weight. There are so many ways to do it, it’s almost exhausting just thinking about it!
Does anyone else feel overwhelmed with what to eat, what not to eat? It’s crazy! There’s Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Atkins, Keto, and Juice Cleanses which one is the best one? Let’s make it simple: eat moderately. Cut out the fast foods and the sodas, right? Ok, got it. Done. The rest can be worked on later. After all change is a journey with a destination.
