We offer 3 different programs: BURN, BUILD, and BOX. These are in a class setting with individual based goals.
BURN: Our most popular work out. It is evenly split between cardio and weights. You can crush nearly 1,000 calories in 45, 60, or 90 minutes.
BUILD: Consists of sleds, tires, ropes and bars that will leave you feeling stronger. While calorie burn is still high there are small bouts of cardio in your workout.
BOX: You can blow off some steam by punching and kicking yourself into shape.
